I've been to Punta Cana 6 times and used a few different transfer services and CJ Transfer is by far the best and has been the most reliable. I had to cut my vacation short by 2 days and they accommodated me even when I put the wrong date on the application and realized the day before my departure and they were on it right away. Carlos is a pleasure to get to know and a amazing person and driver. I will definitely be using them for now on when traveling to the DR.
We had a great experience with CJ Transfer. On time pickup and drop off from / to the airport. Very friendly and courteous drivers. Carlos was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries via WhatsApp and email before we decided to go with them. Lastly, reasonable prices and Carlos also accommodated us paying them 50% at the time of pickup and the rest after drop off whereas most others required the full payment upfront without any accommodations. Strongly recommended!
